Book A Consultation ? Ask A Quick Question Call The Office

Start here.

As a Peace of Mind™ subscriber, you have ongoing, predictable access to our employment law expertise. This portal makes that access frictionless — no more wondering whether to call, when to email, or what to bring.

What this portal is for.

This is your confidential client portal — a private hub for everything we work on together. Schedule consultations, ask quick questions between meetings, download policy templates, track open matters, and reach us instantly when something urgent comes up.

It's designed for one purpose: so workplace issues never sit unaddressed because you weren't sure who to call.

A note on the work we do together.

Our partnership isn't transactional. It's about preventing workplace disputes whenever possible — and resolving them efficiently when they can't be avoided. That requires you reaching out early, not waiting until something escalates.

This portal exists so reaching out feels easy, not heavy.

Three things worth knowing.

  1. i. Your subscription includes unlimited quick questions. If something can be answered in under 15 minutes, use the "Ask" tab — it's already paid for.
  2. ii. For deeper matters, book a consultation. Schedule one anytime through this portal — most subscribers use one or two each quarter.
  3. iii. Urgent issues bypass the queue. If something feels time-sensitive, call the office directly — Keiry or Julie will get you to me.
If You're In The Middle Of A Situation Right Now
Don't wait. Call 973.787.8442 or book the earliest available consultation. Workplace situations rarely improve from sitting.
How We Work Together

Your included services.

Your Peace of Mind™ subscription gives you ongoing access to four core service areas. Click any tile to learn more about what's covered and how to engage that service.

§

Employment Law Consulting

Hiring, firing, performance, accommodations, confidentiality, employee disputes — practical guidance before issues escalate.

Workplace Investigations

Internal investigations conducted with neutrality, documentation, and legal defensibility — when you need facts established correctly.

Employment Mediation

Resolution-focused mediation that helps both sides get back to business — without unnecessary litigation costs.

+

Additional Legal Services

Handbook reviews, policy drafting, severance agreements, training, and the surrounding work that keeps you compliant.

What's not included.

Active litigation matters, regulatory hearings, and significant document drafting are billed separately under standard hourly arrangements. The subscription covers the prevention work — advisory, quick reviews, mediation, and proactive consulting. You'll always know in advance when work would fall outside the subscription scope.

A typical subscriber's month.

Most Peace of Mind™ subscribers engage with us 2-5 times per month — usually a mix of quick questions ("can I ask an employee about X?"), a planned consultation (handbook update, accommodation question), and occasional policy reviews.

If you go three months without reaching out, expect a check-in from us. That's part of the model.

Schedule

Book a consultation.

Use the consultation type that best fits what you need. We protect your time — if a 30-minute call will solve it, we won't book an hour.

Quick Consultation · 30 minutes

For focused, specific questions: an accommodation request, a performance issue, a termination scenario, a single document you need eyes on. Included in your subscription.

Next available: This week

Standard Consultation · 60 minutes

For deeper matters: a complex employee situation, a policy review, preparing for a difficult conversation, walking through a draft severance agreement. Included in your subscription.

Next available: Within 5 business days

Investigation Intake · 90 minutes

When you need a formal internal workplace investigation initiated — harassment, retaliation, code of conduct violations. Scoping conversation establishes timeline, methodology, and confidentiality protocols. Investigation work itself is billed separately.

Next available: Within 3 business days · priority routing
